Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT, currently 25% for all products except rapeseed oil where the VAT is 12%. We reserve the right to any price changes due to changes in VAT or abnormally large changes in purchase prices. We reserve the right for any price errors. If you have purchased a product at an incorrect price, notify Rapsodine of this and you will receive your money back. No costs in addition to those stated on the order form will be added. This appears when you are in the last payment step.

Nets Card payment

Delivery

Shipping cost and handling fee is 15 EUR for delivery to an agent/delivery point within EU. We cooperate with PostNord and DHL, who distribute our shipments. It is important that you have provided the correct mobile number so that we can notify you when and where to collect your shipment. Shipping is free for delivery to agents when you order for at least 100 EUR.

Delivery time

The delivery time for packages within Sweden is normally 1-3 working days. For packages outside Sweden but within EU the delivery time is normally 4-6 days. 

Shipping terms outside Sweden within the EU

Shipping cost and handling fee within the EU is EUR 15. Orders are only sent against card payment.

Order terms

An approved order is binding, if you want to change or delete your order, you must contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone.

Complaints

Claims for faulty or defective products must be made as soon as the fault is discovered. We will send you a replacement product at no additional shipping cost. If the product in the event of a complaint is out of stock and we cannot replace it, we will make a refund to you when we have received the defective product in return.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the time you receive your goods. The customer pays return shipping.
